Our spanish housemate is going back to spain in two weeks, therefore we looking for a housemate to share our home.
The house is very clean, there is double room size for one person with double bed in this newly refurbished house in Stratford central. The house is smoker free, pet free with huge garden and large living room.
The house is few minutes walk from main underground station(central line, Jubilee line), DLR, overground station, train station, bus stops just infront of house,and Maryland station(two stops to liverpool street) only 100 yards away, which is ideal for people working in the city.
Excellent Location, 5 minutes walk to stratford shopping Centre, Morrisons supermarket. 2 minutes walk to UEL campus.
There is a Double bed, table, chair, large wardrobe, high speed wireless internet broadband connection . large kitchen and bathroom,washing machine.
We are looking for a long term stay, friendly, non smorking person to share this lovely 4 bedroom house with a young entrepreneur, a young German banker works in the city, and a friendly student from Thailand. we are all peace loving people, and this is not a party house

- All utility bills included (Gas, Elec, Water, and Council Tax)
- 2 weeks deposit required
