Training to be sharp and quick, fit and fast.
I am fully trained and qualified (degree in sports therapy, FA fitness Award, SAQ Dip, etc) and have a lot of experience working one to one, as well as working successfully with clubs/teams, small groups and individuals (male and female) of all ages.
I prefer to work in open spaces (ie outdoors/ parks) but am equally adept when working in sports halls and gyms.
I base most of my work on the SAQ (Speed Agility & Quickness) model which often invloves specialised equipment to provide resistance and effect coordination, balance and power.
I offer substantial savings on initial meeting, block bookings and/or longer sessions.
