Head Chef for Pub Kitchen Required

Head chef needed for pub kitchen serving modern English & European food. We are not gastro standard (structured menu) but you need to be able to work with fresh ingredients as well as the microwave!Flair with presentation, speed of service & organisation are all important. Genuine interest in food a must!
Working conditions are pleasant-but everyone needs to pitch in to do cooking, wash up and cleaning.
Wages start at £7.20 per hour basic -willing to pay more depending on experience after 4 weeks- with performance related bonuses of up to £1.50 per hour
