Our flat, a spacious recently converted split-level Victorian terrace, is ideally located about 4mins walk to Elephant and Castle tube, along with the plethora of buses which go to and from here! It’s also near enough to the city to walk

It is a light and airy modern flat, with a gorgeous view of the city from our penthouse-style lounge on the top floor, and the room is a cosy double, chest of drawers and bedside table.

So, to fill you in on us:

We’re a girl and a guy originally from outside the m25, and have been living in London for about a year. We’re both young professionals, in our 20’s working in an auction house/bank.

About you:
Ideally, we're looking for someone around a similar age, who is looking for a friendly houseshare; we like how our flat feels more like a home than just another house, and would love someone else to join us who feels like that too, so won’t just hide away in their room! We’re a pretty relaxed household, each liking our own independence but then also having a chilled night in (with a glass of wine or two perhaps…), a trip down to the local, or a good night out every now and then too. So, if you’re looking for a friendly flatshare, this may be your place!

Rent is £541/month.
Council tax comes to £40/month
Internet is £10/month and electricity is quarterly (~£30 each)
