I am working as a French assistant in West sussex at the mo, and I am going to do a PGCE at King's college starting in September this year (which i'll be paid for, so i'm not a student), I am then looking for a nice house/flat share in London ,close to underground station or bus line. I'd love to live with nice and friendly people, clean and tidy as well :)
I'm honestly a very easy going very nice gay guy, funny (at least i think i am), tidy and clean, i don't smoke (but don't mind if you do) and i don't do drugs (but don't mind if you do :)) i like going to the cinema, music, drawing, playing games and i'm a bit of a geek sometimes.
My year at King's college is going to be very demanding so i am looking for a quiet place where i know i won't have any trouble working peacefully (although i'm really lazy...), but that won't stop me from going out from time to time.

As for the rent , 500pcm all bills included is the max i can afford, and i really need to use the internet, it's a must.

and also, i have a BF, so he'd be visiting once or twice a month , and he's a great guy :) but we would be staying in my room or go out and not bother you guys
