Cooking and need a refreshing change? Want to actually spend time in the sun and enjoy working in a summer resort?
We require our chefs to work hard but also enjoy the area and facilities they have to hand. With over 10 people in the kitchen you will be responsible for ensuring the food quality at lunch and dinner is excellent. The Head and Sous Chefs will always be on hand to guide and instruct, however it is important that you have experience in the kitchen with regards to efficiency and speed not harming quality.
We offer lunch and dinner of A La carte, Occasional Buffets, BBQ Banquets, and private cooking. We also offer themed nights, for example, Thai, Greek, International, Moroccan etc. Local produce is available every day, with imported supplies also available.
If you have a particular talent, let us know.
The club is open from May through to September. The minimum amount of time to work for, is July and August. .
