Role: Sales intern
The successful candidate will be selling to National New Build home developers to offer their homes For Sale on the website in the hope of selling them to buyers who are driven to the site via pay Per Click (PPC) and Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
Location: Borehamwood Hertfordshire
Start date: 23rd November 2009
Placement length: 3 months
Paid or unpaid: Expenses covered (travel & food) plus 25% of all revenue brought into the company. Sales results will be starting point for negotiation on Basic Salary if Full Time position is offered for March 1st onwards.
Leading to a full-time position: Full time position available from March 1st

Our client is an Online property advertising company. They mix the worlds of Social Networking and Residential Property to offer buyers and sellers a unique zero cost marketing platform.
The key responsibilities:
- selling to National New Build home developers to offer their homes For Sale on the website in the hope of selling them to buyers who are driven to the site via pay Per Click (PPC) and Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
What the candidate will learn:
- The application of a web platform to the real world at a start-up firm.
- How to successfully monetise a web platform.
- Marketing, PR, Sales.
- Self management skills and how to run their own business.
