New carpet, new furnitures,desk,single bed 90x190 comfortable matress,pillow,duvet etc.. you don`t need to buy it

We will live in total 4 GIRLS from Spain and Poland in a luxury, 3 bedroom flat located 1 minute walk away from Brent Cross Tube, the 24 hour Tesco Supermarket and Brent Cross Shopping Centre.

Fully furnished with new furniture and appliances, kitchen with eat in facilities wash/dry machine, central heating and access to garden with garden furniture.

The price is £70pw with Water, Council Tax, Tv Licence,Internet Wi Fi INCLUDED, gas and electricity bill comes every 3 months will be arround 40 pounds each.

London NW11 is a safe up market area with a choice of restaurants, cafes, two gyms, direct bus service to Finchley Road, St John’s Wood, Oxford Street, Hendon, Mill Hill, Hampstead, West Hampstead as well as Stanstead Airport and Luton Airports all near by.

Easy access by tube to Belsize Park, Camden Town, Moorgate, Bank, Tottenham Court Road and Leicester Square by Tube.
