Recruitment Co-Ordinator West London
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with Job Centres, Job Centre Plus, Careers Services, Back To Work Groups, and Colleges etc.
- Devise advertising strategies in partnership with Marketing
- Place and monitor recruitment advertisements
- Recruit staff in line with National Minimum Standards and current legislation & best practice.
- Liaise with the Trainers to provide continuity if process through recruitment, induction and training.
- Remain in contact with new recruits for the first month to ensure that they are supported in their new roles.

- Target driven
- Proficient in project management skills
- Creative, with an ability to think outside of the box
- Possess effective inter-personal skills
- Can demonstrate sound knowledge of the recruitment and employment market and employment legislation, National Minimum Standards and best practice.
- Have an In depth understanding of Equal Opportunities laws and proven experience of practical application within the workplace
- Possess experience of presenting in a group setting
- Are proficient in using Excel and PowerPoint
- Have an ability to record factual information accurately and to maintain ongoing records throughout the recruitment process.
- Can evidence team working skills.
