Flogit4u are looking to fill a Despatch position which would include an initial trial period and a competitive pay rate for the right candidate. The Flogit4u office is located in Chalk Farm, London NW3.

The person in charge of the Despatch will do the following:
Use Flogit4u's software system to create and update the list of items to be packed and sent
- Pick the items and generate invoices
- Carefully pack the items using supplied packing material
- Use courier software to book collections and deliveries
- Maintain packaging material stock levels and re-order when necessary
- Be diligent and responsible

The items to be packed will include fragile items or various shapes and sizes, therefore extra care will need to be taken. Experience with packing is a definite plus.

As you can see there’s everything from envelopes and jiffy bags to large parcels.

Please note, this can be a busy environment at times so you need to be able to work under pressure but maintain the quality or work. Items damaged in shipping cost us money and every care must be taken to minimise the risk of this happening.

Start: Immediate
Contract: Permanent
Usual working hours: 9:30 - 16:30 with occasional overtime at busy times
Lunch break: 1 hour
Pay: £6.50 an hour
In addition, you will be put on to the staff bonus scheme on the completion of the 3 month trial period.
