We are a registered charity helping the homeless in London. We are Rhythms Of Life International currently based in dalston, North East London.
We serve hot food and beverages to the homeless 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
We are currenlty in temporary accomidation and our lease is about to expire.
We would need building access for a minimum of 9 to 12 months. This could be an empty building (Of any type) awaiting sale, planning permission, or start of constructions. We will maintain the property and safeguard it from becoming derelict or being squatted. Our trustees are prepared to cover all business rates, utility bills and any expences which will occur on the property during our time there.
The ideal property would have office space and kitchen facilities, as well as facilities to serve and seat 50+ people per day. We are also looking to expand our services to provide I.T training, as well as workshops in job seeking and career building, for our service users.
We would very much like to come to an agreement whereby we occupy any property for a period of time convenient to you.
