Who we are:
Based on Carnaby St, www.chillisauce.co.uk is one of the fastest growing companies in the UK (currently about 40 staff). Specialise in organising activity breaks (stag weekends, hen nights, activity weekends, ski/snowboard holidays and corporate events), we offer a young relaxed working environment, and place a large emphasis on office social life.
What the job involves:
Working in our Stag, Hen & Activity department (with a possibility of also working in our new Ski holiday department), you will receive enquiries either from our website or via the phone (our office is strictly inbound, absolutely no cold calling is involved!). Upon the initial enquiry the client provides us with a rough idea of what activities they wish do, where they want to do it and an approximate budget. Our Account Managers discuss various options with the customers and provide advice on what would be most appropriate for them to do and then put together a quote which is emailed out. After some follow up conversations, all going well, we conclude a deal with them for a good value event package. It is then a case of taking a deposit, booking up hotels, activity centres, restaurants, nightclubs, sending the details to the customers and making sure everything runs like clockwork up until after they have gone away.
Experience / Key Attributes:
- Excellent track record in commission driven sales role
- Graduate level qualifications
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Lively, fun, talkative and confident
- Telesales, travel/tour operator sales experience
- Sales account manager / sales executive role advantageous.
- A good eye for detail
Salary:
Salary is based on a package of starting basic of £22K + uncapped commission. The commission is very generous and our better sales people will earn well in excess of £40K.
