Our apartment is very large 2000+ sq/f luxury Penthouse Duplex with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with a designer kitchen and living room, private 1300 sq/f rooftop terrace and 2 very large balconies one on each floor. Apartment is basically like two apartments built on top of each other. One fully furnished large bedroom with designer furniture and double bed with private en-suite bathroom with access to your own large private balcony from your bedroom will be available to you during your stay. You will also have access to our fully furnished kitchen, living room and terrace. Your accommodation will be located on the 1st floor of the Duplex.

As i am the owner of the apartment the 2nd floor will be occupied by me Alexandra and my 12 year old daughter. Except our private bedrooms, the entire apartment will be available to you during your stay. I will be servicing the apartment daily that is doing all housekeeping, cleaning, etc. Guests have their own set of keys and can come and go as they please enjoying privacy of the 1st floor accommodation and 1st floor apartment entrance.

The apartment is absolutely stunning and features a fully designer furnished bedrooms, living room, beautiful bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, balcony and two secure parking spaces.
