I am looking to share my beautiful apartment minutes from the centre of Hampstead village and its array of restaurants and bars. The room is exceptionally large with fitted wardrobes and plenty of spaces for all those personal bits that we tend to accumulate throughout life. It has an on suite power shower with toilet finished to a very high standard. There is a South facing balcony (off the bedroom) which is fantastic in the morning for allowing the sunshine in and setting you up for a wonderful day. There is a further high spec family bathroom for when only a leisurely soak will do

The kitchen is enormous with all white goods, free range six burner stove and large double door American fridge freezer plus dish washer. Off the kitchen there is a separate laundry room with Miele washing machine and dryer.

Although the bedroom and kitchen are fantastic in their own right I believe the living room is the best feature. Apart from being incredibly large it also has a South facing balcony, 42” flat screen television with state of the art Denon surround sound hi-fi attached. The whole apartment is finished in modern contemporary furniture from Heals and Habitat. Should you ride a bike there is storage for two bikes on the ground floor level.

I am a 42 year old professional and work out of London four days each week. I am pretty chilled and when in London like to relax at the local bars and do enjoy sharing the odd meal and glass of wine with whoever comes to stay. I get along with all types of people (and ages) and have no preference to a male, female or couple sharing my home. I can’t allow pets and should you be a smoker all I ask is that it is confine to the balconies. This is for a minimum of six months and for those in full employment only though I hope that everyone is happy and you stay a lot longer.

There is Wi-Fi available and a cleaner comes twice a week for the communal areas which is included in the price. Bills are shared and are approximately £80.00 per month. As I travel a lot email contact is preferred and viewing can only be arranged Friday, Saturday or Sundays.
