A beautiful all girls’ school located in the heart of Central London is looking to appoint a Mandarin Teacher on a full time, long term/permanent basis from as soon as possible. The school performs extremely well in terms of academic achievement and boasts one of the best MFL departments in the country (over 90% A*-C at GCSE last year). The school consistently receives outstanding Ofsted Inspection Reports and pupil behaviour at the school tends to be excellent. The successful candidate must have QTS (Qualified Teachers Status) or a NARIC recognised equivalent qualification (Bachelor of Education, Post Graduate Certificate of Education or Post Graduate Diploma of Education etc). Applicants that are able to speak and teach Mandarin but that do not have a formal teaching qualification equivalent to Qualified Teachers Status in the UK will not be considered. The school is also unable to sponsor work visas for this position so all applicants will have to have a valid work visa for the UK (EEC passport, Working Holiday/Youth Mobility, Ancestry, Spousal, Resident Permit etc).
