Looking for a temporary job before and maybe during the Christmas.

I'm a very honest, reliable and warm heated person who is currently awaiting to be cleared for a position as a health care assistant at a NHS trust. I believe that it might take longer than i have anticipated therefore i would like to offer my services during this busy period before Christmas.
