live in au-pair plus for friendly family in Highgate north london starting in January

We need a friendly, cheerful au pair plus:
-- who speaks reasonable English
-- who wants to work as part of a team with the mum of 2 little girls, a 2 year old and a 3 year old.
To start in January.
Own double room with wireless internet access and own bathroom.
Friendly family.
Some light housework, but we also use another cleaner. 2 or 3 nights a week babysitting.
Very close to Highgate tube (5 minutes) and bus (1 minute).
References needed please.
