We are looking for a friendly and nice girl to share a lovely room in a very comfy and clean flat in Hackney. There are two girls sharing the room at the moment, but one of them is leaving so we need to find a new room mate.

The bedroom is on the second floor of the flat and it has two beds, private toilet and it is fully furnished. The room is bright and roomy. Regarding the flat, it has two bedrooms, a big kitchen integrated with a lounge with very comfy sofas. It has good Internet connection.

The neighbourhood is great and the building is very well located. It is 5 minutes walk from Hackney Central Station, 15 minutes by bus to Bethnal Green Underground Station (Central Line), 15 minutes by bus to Finsbury Park Underground Station (picadilly line) and there are bus stops near the building with good bus routes going to several central locations in London.

Rent is paid monthly (£370,00) and it includes bills apart from gas and electricity. One month deposit is required when joining the flat (£340,00). The roomshare will be available in the first week of January.
