Due to continued growth we are looking to recruit a talented Sales Manager to work in our United Kingdom office located in London. We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with strong interpersonal, communication and computer skills to join our offshore software development company based in London. The ideal Sales Manager will be self-motivated and dynamic. You will need to learn quickly, and ideally be technically minded. Responsibilities include generating and managing sales opportunities.

Previous experience within IT or sales is required. An understanding of software development process is also desirable.

Responsibilities:
- Call/Visit new and existing customers as required with or without technical personnel
- Work with technical team to identify opportunities
- Work with the technical team to produce business proposals for potential clients as requested
- Build relationships with clients and within our organization
- Present a professional image of our company on outside sales calls

Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal, communication and computer skills
- Sales and/or marketing experience
- IT industry knowledge
- Fluent English

We are offering a base salary based on experience, with uncapped commission and bonuses. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic, growing company.
