We are looking for an enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team in this hotel located moments from Victoria Station.

The successful candidate will expected to deliver exceptional service both in person and on the phone so should be able to demonstrate excellent spoken English as well as customer service skills. Reception experience would be an advantage but a friendly professional approach is essential.

There will be administrative tasks as well as customer care so you should computer literate. Opera is desirable but not essential as full training will be given. As well as all this, you should be self-motivated and passionate about delivering the best possible standards in guest service.
