Lovely large, spacious house on two floors on a quiet street. It has a warm, cosy living room, wooden floors, a big sunny modern kitchen with all the appliances you may ever need, a lovely large garden (with BBQ!), wi-fi broadband.... and if that isn't enough we are all very nice :)

12 minutes walk to Highams Park Rail Station (15 minutes to Liverpool Street!), short bus ride to Walthamstow Central and Blackhorse Road underground stations (Victoria line), buses and links to almost everywhere, minutes to A406, M25 and M11, 30 minutes to Stansted.

With Tesco, Morrisons, Sainsbury's and Ikea all nearby, you'll be able to shop til you drop, you can then unwind at Bannatyne's Health Club which is walking distance.

You will share with 3, friendly, clean, easy-going females.
