This large hotel group are seeking a reservations agent to work in their busy central reservations office

As reservations agent you will be responsible for taking and managing all bedroom enquiries and bookings for the hotels, over the telephones, internet and fax. Up selling the facilities at every opportunity you will ensure maximum occupancy and revenue achieved at all times. As part of our busy team you will have an opportunity to gain experience with a highly knowledgeable team and appreciate many unique benefits. Experience on Opera is an advantage but not essential
