We are a key retailer in our region and a destination store for some of the best renowned luxury electrical brands in the UK. We pride ourselves in offering a great product range and excellent customer services. As a key retailer we have secured many exclusive lines of electrical goods by consistently exceeded our sales targets, every year for the last 8 consecutive years.

We are now looking to increase our continued success through acquiring bright, energetic, enthusiastic people, that "CAN" sell, to join our team full time.

We are looking for candidates that:

The right candidate will be responsible for focusing on the customers needs, identifying their requirements and selling the appropriate products.

As this is a retail environment, Saturdays are COMPULSORY and no holiday is allowed to be taken over the busy Christmas period. You will be required to work Monday - Saturday with one day off mid week. Paid overtime is available for Sundays.

To apply for this role you will:

· Have previous retail experience where the emphasis is on customer interaction.
· Sell a product to the customer as opposed to simply "serving" the customer.
· Have the charisma to build an instant rapport.
· Have an interest for technology and gadgets.
· Be confident working with high value/luxury product range.
· Have excellent communication skills.
· Be willing to travel to stores to gain experience or give support
· Be a strong team player.
· Be capable of managing your time.
· Be capable of meeting strict sales target.
· Demonstrate the desire to be successful and want to earn money.

Any candidate with previous experience selling a similar product would be highly advantageous.

*Please note the basic salary for this role is £9,500 – £12,500 depending on experience, commission will be paid on top of the basic and realistic OTE is c£17,500. There is opportunity to increase the basic through regular reviews and by sitting advanced knowledge tests through training. Staff are our most valued asset and there is also the opportunity for the right candidate to develop their career into a supervisory or management role through advanced training programmes.
