JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

The Role
• Provision of secretarial duties and support to the management
and sales team
• Logging, preparing and typing sales quotations and proposals from templates
• Typing any other correspondence as necessary
• Booking sales calls and appointments
• Ensuring excel statistics on any quotations and proposals sent are updated and correct
• Updating ACT’s client database as required
• Processing sales orders received in Sage
• Additional support in answering phone calls and transferring calls as necessary
• Dealing with clients enquiries
• Office management and any other secretarial administration support that might be required

The Candidate
• You must have at least 5 years experience in secretarial and administration duties.
• Your must be mature and responsible
• You must have a strong command of the English language – verbal and written
• Strong client focused with a dynamic attitude
• Able to multitask

• Excellent time management
• Responsible, Punctual and willing to give that extra mile.
• Ability to work on own initiative
• This is an ideal position for someone who likes responsibility and wants to take charge when necessary.

Strong experience is required in the use of the following packages:
• MICROSOFT WORD
• EXCEL
• POWER POINT

Excellent IT skills are a requirement

Experience in the following packages is desirable but not essential as training will be given to the right candidate:
• ACT 9.1
• Q&A
• SAGE
