Beauty & Retail boutique Manager- Chelsea SW3
Full Time 40 hours per week- £22-£25k + Commission & Bonus

The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in the beauty and fashion industry, be well-presented and highly motivated with articulate verbal & written skills and excellent computer capabilities. Minimum of two years management experience in the service or retail sector is a must along with a proven track record in sales and the ability to set and meet targets.

The candidate will be responsible for the following:

Increase turnover and maximise business profitability·

Motivating, lead and develop an elite team of employees·

Prepare management reports & analyse financial performance·

Managing professional & retail stock levels·

Assisting in recruitment, staff rota and staff training program·

Participate in house marketing and advertisement.

Ensure all employees are working to the company Standard Operating Procedures to deliver a smooth running operation and five star client experience at all times

The candidate will be expected to work some weekends or as the needs of the business require. This position will include a training programme in order to prepare you for the role.
