students welcome but will have to share the council tax bill. reference checks and agency fee. 6wk deposits plus one calendar month's rent required before move in date (7 June)

short let considered but must give one three to four weeks notice if moving out.

the room is a bit on the small side but, there's plenty of space to store your belongings. The house is truly lovely, and we're adamant in making this houseshare communal, relaxed, fun and friendly!
