The Wallace Restaurant is currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie and two Commis Chef/Kitchen Assistants to help in all aspects of the kitchen.

* prior experience of working under pressure in a busy established fine dining restaurant
* Fluent English (reading, writing and speaking)

The Wallace with its fantastic glass atrium roof is a French brasserie de luxe harking back to an age of informal elegance. Set in the beautiful Sculpture Garden of the Wallace Collection, this is the latest venture of restaurateur Oliver Peyton.

The Wallace offers a classic and contemporary French all day menu or à la carte menu.
