London's leading transport provider require an experienced PPP/PFI Lawyer to join this busy and dynamic team. Working on the 3 main PPP and PFI contracts, this role would be suitable for someone with a minimum 3 years experience in this area, ideally from a law firm background - however suitable applicants with an in house background will be considered. The role will provide interaction with other areas of the organisation from a business, legal and educational sense. This is a Senior Associate position which means the successful applicant will be required to supervise and encourage junior members of staff. § Advising Senior staff with appropriate supervision
§ Assisting in the preparation of reports and briefings for management,
§ Instructing approved law firms/Counsel
§ Contract drafting and advice in relation to PPP/PFI, other projects and national network arrangements;
§ Advice on property issues impacting on PPP/PFI, other projects and national network interfaces;
Advice on dispute resolution and mitigation of claims/risks and regulatory issues

We would expect a lawyer with the given PQE to have gained the level of experience required, but this does not preclude applications from those with more or less PQE.
