Maintenance Repairs Administrator
Our client is currently looking for a Maintenance / Repairs Administrator ideally with previous experience of working for either a Local Authority or Housing Association in the repairs call centre environment.
Candidates should have this experience as a good knowledge of repairs is essential within the role. You will be booking appointments for Surveyors to go out and inspect the completed works, chasing and liaising with contractors. You may be involved in taking minutes in meetings and other general administration duties but you must have the necessary previous experience within a repairs team, as you will need to be able to prioritise the tenants repairs that are called in.
You will be raising orders on the in house system and chasing invoices. You should also have excellent communication skills and a good telephone manner as dealing with queires is also a large part of the role.
The contract is initially for 6 weeks but may go on longer.
