The house is a 3 bedroom semi-detached new build house, located on a private road in Whitton, Richmond upon Thames. There are excellent transportation links, with Whitton and Hounslow overground stations being about 15 mins walk away (London takes about 25 minutes). With a 10 minute bus journey you can also jump onto the Piccadilly or Central Underground. The M3, M4 and M25 are all within easy reach making this perfect if you are working out from Heathrow.

The room is a good size and has a window overlooking the sunny garden. The bedroom is furnished with a comfy double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and also a Freeview TV. So all you need bring is your personal things and yourself! There is a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a large lounge/diner with oak floor and conservatory which is great for relaxing on the sofa with a movie. Outside there is a garden with grass, decking and outside lighting.

A little bit about us, we are a young and friendly married gay couple:
Bradley – I work for BMW and lucky for me, get a few perks! I do work hard but on occasion can play harder! I like to go out and enjoy a party night but when I come home I do want to be able to relax and have a laugh with people.
Charlie – I am the opposite of your stereotypical driving instructor! I love going clubbing into London or anywhere playing funky house and serving vodka. Otherwise, I’m very happy just being in the company of friends.

We are looking to find someone who would be easy going, fairly tidy be able to clean up after yourself and of course be considerate of us. You must be a regular, ‘normal’ person who will pay your rent on time! To help you feel at home from day one, we are both very easy to get on with and like to have a laugh with each other. Although we are a couple, we are not so in your face that you would feel uncomfortable, or not be able to feel at home.

The £550 rent is inclusive of ALL bills, plus you also get house contents insurance, SKY TV and wireless broadband. Something that will appeal to most of you … we also have a gardener and cleaner!
