An "outstanding" school in Merton is looking to appoint a maths teacher immediately.

The School in Wimbledon is a Voluntary-aided, Comprehensive High School for Roman Catholic girls from 11-18. It is under the Trusteeship of the Catholic Archdiocese of Southwark.
In its history the school has developed through several phases from a small private school to a grammar school to the successful comprehensive it is today. The School at Wimbledon was founded from Forest Gate in 1892 when four nuns came to establish a tiny school in a private house in Worple Road. In the beginning there were eight pupils, now there are 1360.

The successful candidate will be able to teach maths to KS4 but KS5 is preferable

* To be successful you must hold a Teaching Qualification
* You must have a current police clearance.
* You should display a proven track record of pupil learning outcomes.
