Our client offers group tours throughout Europe for the youth and adventure tour market. The reservations office is busy dealing with enquiries from the travel industry, schools and universities, online bookings and the direct public.

The leaders in the market place, the company have been established for many years and is a respected and successful travel group. Currently enjoying an extra ordinary growth, they have recently promoted the Reservations Supervisor and are now seeking a candidate to oversee the daily operations of the reservation team.

Duties will be varied and include staff mangament, training and recruitment, maintaining service levels, preparing reports on bookings and analysing figures, liaising with the sales and marketing team and working with the marketing department on future brochure design. Lots of contact with key clients and liaising with the Operations Manager, you will be a valued member of the company.

We require candidates to have reservations experience at a supervisory level and knowledge of Europe as a destination - preference will be given to candidate who have experienced a European coach tour and enjoy adventure tourism!

Salary £ 24,000 - £ 26,000.
