About the Gig:

We're on the hunt for Swim Lesson Coordinators for our clubs throughout Central London . You will be responsible for developing and directing a comprehensive programme of group and individual swim instruction under the supervision of the Fitness Manager. You will be passionate about swimming and willing to go the extra mile to help our members reach their goals. You will be expected to solicit, listen to and respond to member and instructor concerns and feedback in relation to the scheduling of classes/lessons, the instruction given, and the environment provided.



About you

As one of our "Swim Ambassadors", you will need:

An ASA Level 2 qualification (essential)
Previous supervisory and scheduling experience
The ability to connect with our members and get on exceptionally well with people from all walks of life
Be flexible and willing to go the extra mile


You don't need to be 'Flipper', but you need to be a totally clued up Swim Lesson Coordinator who has an infectious passion for Swim. Furthermore you will be responsible for the recruiting, hiring, training, motivating and evaluating of all swim instructors as well as delivering lessons yourself (1-1 and group lessons).



You stand out because of your knowledge and enthusiasm about Swim and your ability to motivate and inspire people to reach their goals.
