Learning Support Assistant required for a 5 year old pupil with Aspergers Syndrome at an independent West London primary school.

You will be responsible for supporting the pupil’s learning and social-emotional development towards independence within the school.

The successful candidate must have:
** a working knowledge of visual supports, sensory integration, and social skills teaching, with solid experience in behaviour management
** a minimum six months relevant experience within a school setting
** ability to work with classroom teacher, SENCO and provide regular reports to parents
** fluent English
** CRB check
** two UK references, one from a school in which you have worked

Empathy, experience and sense of humour essential.

Term-time only, £10-12 per hour depending on experience.
