Pastry Chef for 5 star Boutique Hotel
we are looking for an experienced pastry chef with a proven track record in a similar role.
This is a rare opportunity to join one of London's newest 5 star hotels with multiple food outlets , including a recently opened fine dining restaurant .
we are seeking a talented individual to join our kitchen brigade to create fine Modern Cuisine for up to 100 covers. You must have experience in a similar role within a very high standard fine dining environment.
As Pastry Chef de Partie you will have knowledge of all aspects of patisserie including baking . You will work alongside the Head Chef to create new dishes for the desserts menu and will be responsible for training the junior pastry chefs. A competitive salary is available for the right candidate.
