Successful development company has a requirement for a property analyst starting December 2009

The job entails financial analysis and viability assessment of each project followed by presentation both internally and externally

The successfully candidate will be part of a team reporting directly to the Chief Executive and accompanying the CEO to presentations to banks, funders and investors

Previous experience linked to the property, banking or hotel sectors is important
