Required for unique bar restaurant in the City, right on the banks of the Thames. We are a young, fun and ambitious company with an eye for quality, and a passion for delivering a truly great drinking and dining experience. We are looking for an assistant manager who can identify with these values and make a real impact on the business, by increasing customer loyalty, driving trade and helping to create a fun, motivated environment to bring out the best in our staff. Duties will include:

- Reporting to the manager and, occasionally, the owners
- Managing & training a team of approximately 5-8 Bar staff.
- Reordering/restocking all front of house supplies.
- Stocktaking and financial reporting
- Opening up, cashing up, locking up and everything in between

Candidates must have the following:
• Personal License
• Fluent grasp of spoken and written English
• cocktail experience
• great interpersonal skills
• experience in training staff

Salary - £19 - £20,000 (depending on experience)
