One Small Step is an award winning children's footwear retailer. We currently have a vacancy in our Harrods concession for a full time Sales Assistant, working 35hrs and alternate weekends.

Successful candidates will have at least 6 months sales experience within a top end brand environment, or in childrens shoe retail.

The vacancy would suit an enthusiastic, sales driven individual with a high standard of personal presentation.

Essential skills include:
* Excellent customer service - the ability to go the extra mile for your customer
* Team player - the ability to work well and contribute positively in a team environment
* Great communication at all levels
* Selling - the ability to sell effectively driven by team sales targets.

Experience of fitting children's shoes is an advantage - although not essential as training will be given.

Competitive salary (£6.40 - £7.60 ph), commission and discount offered.
