A vacancy has arisen within our busy Wimbledon office for a part-time sales and lettings negotiator.

Duties include:

• Showing properties for let and for sale
• Scheduling appointments
• Dealing with landlord / applicant / tenant queries
• General office duties

This role is suited to a confident, well presented individulal with good communication skills that is available to work Saturdays and one or two afternoons/evenings during the week (flexible). Ideal for a student.

Applicants MUST have a full UK driving license and use of a car. Knowledge of the local area is an advantage.

Pay: £8ph + commission
