Protocol Education is the UK’s largest independent specialist provider of recruitment services to the education sector. We are currently looking for a Secondary teacher / FE Lecturer to work in our dedicated Resourcing team, supporting our London sales teams with both appropriate candidates and specialist Secondary / FE knowledge.

The role involves developing and managing a candidate pool of prospective teachers and FE workers who are interested in working in the secondary / FE sector. This means attracting and interviewing candidates from a variety of sources, then marketing those candidates to our London consultants for placement in both long-term contract and daily cover positions. There is no direct selling involved – our branch sales consultants manage all the school placements.

Our ideal candidate will…

• Have a secondary teaching / FE background, with a detailed understanding of school / FE requirements and candidate skill sets

• Be likeable, energetic and enthusiastic, with strong influencing skills

• Have the organisational and administrative skills to manage a large pool of candidates

• Be innovative and creative in identifying, attracting and retaining candidates

• Enjoy working in a fast-paced commercial environment
