I am looking for South African females with English as their first language, who have not been in the UK longer than 12 months. I will use recordings of native accents in a psychology research test for people with dementia, for example to see if they find it harder to understand words spoken in different accents. This is part of a project looking at voice processing in dementia, at the Dementia Research Centre in central London.

It will involve 1 recording session: reading a story and some lists of words out loud. It will take approximately 30 minutes.
