Cooltan Arts has been asked to work with a group of pensioners, to set up a reminiscence project for them that will use collage, poetry and other forms of creativity to enable them to share thier memories. We are looking for someone to facilitate this activity.


Tasks

• To work Tuesday afternoons 1.30pm - 3pm.
• To enable these sessions to be fun and rewarding for all concerned.
• To use old photographs to make collages and pictures for the walls of their centres.
• To be able to plan sessions and a scheme of work.
• Act as a responsible point of contact.
• Have an understanding of issues related to reminiscence.


Qualities needed

• Reliability.
• Team worker.
• Good Communicator able to share ideas.
• Taking responsibility for tasks as asked.
• Respectful to others.

Time commitments
One day afternoon a week: Tuesday 1.30pm - 3pm
