We have a double room available in our amazing loft style apartment. Our place is amazing and modern, located 2 minutes away from Vauxhall tube [Victoria line] and bus station. We are approx 10 minutes away from Central London.
The room available is downstairs in the apartment and is the largest of all the three bedrooms, the room has a large double bed with new mattress, wardrobe and side-table. The room is situated right next to the downstairs communal shower room, so it is almost en-suite! The apartment is stunning with a huge open plan high - spec kitchen and dining area, this walks onto the lounge which is huge. There are 3 lovely sofas, so there is never a fight for a good seat! 40 inch flat screen television [Sky Plus is on its way!]. The apartment has lots of concealed storage, and the ability to open out via internal shutters to provide one massive open plan apartment, it will really impress you when you see it!
You will be living with 2 young male professionals [both 25]. We are looking for either a male or female to become a housemate not just a lodger, but with their own interests and friends. Also minimum term is a 12 month rental
