flat in mill hill with a double bed waiting for the right tenant (£110 pw)
Hi there my name is Marco and I’m 29 y o. I am a professional who works 7 days a week and at the mo am seldom using my flat.
I’m looking for someone who is easy to get along with, someone who is honest and fun and if we can go for the occasional bevy even better. I have a room to rent at £440 pcm (this includes ALL the bills).
The flat is in a residential part of north London and is in Mill Hill. This is in zone 4 but with excellent fast commute direct into London on the train – ‘Mill Hill Broadway’. In the flat there is Bband, cable TV, a large TV, surround sound home cinema, all mod cons in the kitchen (MW, oven, large fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher etc). The bathroom has a shower/ bath.
The bedroom has a 4.6ft bed (that is brand new as is the mattress) wardrobe etc. The flat is clean and has a cleaner that comes once a week. Have a look at the pic of the room and I can email you with some more pics.
I'm looking for someone who is not outragious and not messy i don't care whether you are straight, gay, bi, you just have to be cool
