The house is in a quiet street about 3 minutes walk from Dalston Kingsland overland station and is close to Highbury and Islington Angel, Shoreditch and Liverpool Street Station. There are lots of local amenities nearby including Sainsburys and Ridley Road Market. It's quite a modern house with digital tv and internet, a roof terrace and back yard, seperate dining room and lounge.

We're both pretty laid back professional women in our mid twenties and enjoy a pub quiz now and then and watching a bit of "flight of the conchords"!

The house is being rented through a private landlord and the room is available from now until April, if not longer. The rent is £490 per month plus bills (Bills are around £70 per month).
