Concept Spaces is a rapidly growing young and forward thinking independent Estate Agency looking for the professional and ambitious person to help progress the company.
We believe in hard work as well as having fun, therefore this person should have a great sense of humour and be willing to work as part of a forward thinking, dynamic and fast-paced team. You must be presentable, enthusiastic, well spoken, have a polite a manner, & professional with good communication / closing skills. Most importantly you will need to be comfortable on the phone and a quick thinker. We offer a fun performance focussed working environment and a commission scale to match genuine rewards.
Your responsibility will be lead generation through a mixture of activities such as outbound cold and warm calling, research, networking and running about in town so you won’t always be stuck in the office!


Wages: Basic / hourly rate (negotiable) + expenses + commission
Potential to make 35K OTE

Initially this will be part time position (2wks) and if successful, there is an option for a permanent position with a generous basic
