Action Cameras is an award winning start-up which provides head mounted cameras to the action sports market including skiers, snowboarders, mountain bikers and F1 teams. We have websites in the UK, France, Spain, Italy and Portugal with plans to expand further.

We are looking to recruit into our customer services team which is the starting point into the company. You will be the face of action cameras and will often be the first person customers will speak with. You might be asked to anything on a daily basis but the core of the job will be:

• Handling customer emails and phone calls
• Taking orders over the phone and handling post sales queries

We are a small team and are looking for someone who is good at what they do and has the potential to grow as the company grows. We are looking for someone who fits the following:

• Fluent English speaker
• Great communicator both verbal and written
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver to tight deadlines
• Can do attitude
• Likes gadgets and technically minded
• Can work under own initiative or as part of a team
• Highly proficient in the use of standard IT packages (e.g. Word / Excel)

If you also have any of the following even better:
• Fluency in more than one language
• Experience or interest in action sports
• Experience of programmes such as photoshop, dreamweaver, flash, video editing suites


Starting salary approx 15K dependent on experience.
