Main Criteria of the job:-
Taking calls from applicants who are looking for property,
Making appointments over the phone to view property.
Following up on existing applicants, negotiating and Closing Deals
Maintaining database
What we are looking for:-
Candidates who are target or money driven.
Basic Computer knowledge.
Well spoken and articulate with a good understanding of English.
Good enthusiasm in general.
Ability to engage people on phone and build relationships.
Candidates who possess a friendly and helpful attitude.
Extra info:-
There is no onsite parking here so you must be prepared to take public transport. (We are 5 mins from tube, trains, buses)
Although we dont do cold calling, 70% of the time you will be contacting existing clients on our database with a view to gaining viewings
closing deals etc.. so you must understand the need to be consistently pro active on the phone as the rewards are there.
Areas we are close by to include NW2, Kilburn, Cricklewood, Finchley Road and St Johns Wood. Previous and current employees are also located in areas such as Baker Street, Swiss Cottage NW3, Kensal Green NW10, Harlesden / Dollis Hill and Primrose Hill, NW3/ NW1 so these areas are also ideal for travel.
Applicants with previous experience in areas such as telesales/telemarketing, account management, outbound sales are very welcome.
