Hi there!

I used to work as both a qualified architect and interior designer in Japan. I was inspired by my work as restaurant designer to learn mach more about food. After I moved to London because of my husband's work, I got the French Cuisine Diploma at Le Cordon Bleu.

I occasionally teach Japanese and French cookery at home. So, you can learn real Japanese cookery and food culture in English or Japanese.

In return please teach me your own country's cookery (British included) or English language. I love to learn other cookery to widen my horizon. And I would like to brush up my English language skill as well.
