My clients are a professional body for barristers in England and Wales. They are looking to recruit a Project Assistant for 6 months to work within the Complaints and Investigations department.

Duties will include:
Preparation of agendas, minutes and correspondence for meetings
File management
Preparation of letters etc for signatures
Updating computer systems

Skills needed
MS Outlook & Word (Advanced level)
MS Excel (Intermediate level)
Typing (copy and audio, min 55 wpm)
Communication (ability to convey information clearly & accurately at all levels both orally & in writing)
Organisation (time management & workload planning)
